Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while growing the local client base and fostering loyalty. This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes community engagement and personalized service to help customers maximize refunds and achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
