Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires onsite presence, strong tax credentials, and a customer-first mindset to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes and build lasting community relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ 1040s).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site at TurboTax location 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and referrals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and explain tax concepts clearly.
