Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, tax advisory, and software support to in-person customers while building local client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location and support weekends with at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions, plan taxes, and maximize refunds.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and build long-term client relationships in the local community.
