Intuit, Inc. is seeking talented TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. The role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help clients navigate tax needs while supporting Intuit’s mission.

As a Retail Expert, you will conduct in-person tax returns, provide tax advice, and build a local client base through outreach and events. The position is non-exempt and requires on-site availability.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns.
• Onsite availability Sundays through Saturdays for at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Engage with the community to grow TurboTax client base.
• Partner with TurboTax marketing and tools to deliver accurate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professionalism.
