Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and delivering a first-class customer experience. Weekend availability is required.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Have a valid PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community through outreach.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and assist with tax questions and software support.
