Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking proactive TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform hands‑on tax preparation, provide tax advice, and assist customers with TurboTax software while building a local client base and community presence. You will engage with prospects, nurture relationships, and participate in local marketing efforts to expand TurboTax’s reach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney) with strong tax prep experience.
• Must hold PTIN and be able to file taxes.
• Willingness to obtain related state licenses if required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns per season) using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and provide planning guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and connect with the community to grow client base.
