Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes and build a local client base. As a front-facing team member, you’ll engage with the community, participate in local marketing, and grow your TurboTax practice while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community, attracting new clients and building relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist customers in person using TurboTax products.
