Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, providing hands-on tax preparation and expert tax guidance to customers.

You will engage with the local community, attract new clients, and help build long-term relationships while leveraging customer-facing marketing support. You must have an active EA/CPA/attorney license and at least 3 years of professional tax preparation experience.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with local marketing and client growth to build the community and client base.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer service at a TurboTax retail or flagship location.
