Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, tax advice, and product support while building local client relationships in a community-focused role.

You will engage customers, deliver accurate tax solutions, and help grow the TurboTax presence with marketing resources and a strong customer experience mindset.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax licenses (EA/CPA) preferred.
• Must hold PTIN and be able to file taxes.
• Onsite work at TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the US.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (1040s).
• Willingness to build local community presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationships.
• Deliver excellent customer service and educate clients on tax topics.
• Support clients in-person using TurboTax products and services.
