Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. This role blends tax expertise, community engagement, and customer service to help clients navigate their tax needs in person.

You will work onsite, provide full service tax return preparation and advice, and build lasting relationships with local clients while supporting Intuit's mission to empower prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax professional licenses (EA/CPA/attorney) with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government or professional tools and team expertise.
