Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, acting as a trusted advisor while helping clients navigate complex tax situations.

As a front-facing ambassador, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, present in-person services, and contribute to community engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours weekly, including weekends.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing in retail.

Aufgaben

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, serving as a public face.
• Engage prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing with TurboTax support to make taxes accessible.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients of varying complexity.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Utilize government resources and team expertise for accurate solutions in plain language.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Help clients reach financial goals and build lasting relationships.
• Interact in-person and via TurboTax video tools; address inquiries and challenges.
