Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Retail Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and prepare both consumer and small business returns at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You’ll own client relationships, offer year-round guidance, and collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to deliver a seamless service.

You will build community presence, attract new clients, and support local marketing while ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal/state business tax returns experience (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep with at least 30 returns per year.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with Business Tax returns and year-round guidance for small businesses.
• State licenses/certifications, if required.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local community presence and content.
• Bilingual EN/SP a plus.
• Experience with holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax Uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax clients (consumer and business).
• Develop understanding of clients’ full financial picture and offer planning advice.
• Promote integration of bookkeeping, payroll, and other Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
• Engage with local marketing and community events to grow TurboTax presence.
