Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to provide full-service tax preparation for consumers and small businesses at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll own client relationships and deliver both tax strategy and preparation with support from a specialist team.

Ideal candidates have multiple tax seasons of personal and business prep, strong bookkeeping knowledge, and comfort in a front-facing retail role.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of recent business tax prep experience for 20 clients per season with commercial software.
• 3+ tax seasons with 30 returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience providing year-round tax guidance for small businesses.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses/certifications.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax store, including weekends, 20 hours/week.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax prep for TurboTax consumers and business clients.
• Deliver tax strategy, planning and software support with a focus on deductions and refunds.
• Act as the primary relationship owner and connect clients with additional Intuit services.
• Assist with in-store marketing and community engagement to grow TurboTax presence.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping specialists for related accounting needs.
