Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks Tax Expert professionals to deliver full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will own client relationships, provide proactive tax guidance, and support additional services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing collaboration, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with 3+ seasons handling federal/state returns for multiple clients.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping basics and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience providing year-round tax guidance for small businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for consumer and business clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build lasting client relationships and expand services across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory offerings.
• Deliver an excellent in-person customer experience at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
