Job summary

Intuit’s TurboTax Retail Expert role invites you to provide full‑service tax preparation for individuals and business entities at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will be the primary client contact, deliver tax strategy, and extend services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and planning with the support of a specialist team.

You will build local relationships, grow the customer base, and represent TurboTax in the community while delivering exceptional in‑store service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax return preparation for multiple entities.
• Experience with personal tax returns and tax planning guidance.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• State licenses or the ability to obtain them; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop client relationships and deliver year-round tax planning guidance.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to support client needs.
• Represent TurboTax locally and grow the client base through community engagement.
