Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts. You will provide full-service tax preparation for consumers and business entities, act as the primary contact for clients, and grow TurboTax’s local presence in the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax return prep for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep, 30 returns/year.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge; QuickBooks ProAdvisor a plus.
• Experience with small business tax returns preferred.
• State licenses or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to work onsite (retail) 20+ hours/week.
• Must be comfortable in a front-facing retail role.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete tax prep for consumer and business clients.
• Identify deductions, plan taxes, and review taxes with clients.
• Promote additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term client relationships and loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
