Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation and advice, leveraging tax expertise to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

You’ll work onsite with a team of financial professionals, growing the local client base, and supporting marketing efforts to expand TurboTax’s community presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license (EA/CPA/attorney).
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• State licenses/certificates as applicable.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, weekends included, at least 20 hours per week.
• Desire to build local and online presence and provide tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and optimize deductions.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews for planning.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and loyalty.
• Represent TurboTax professionally in the community and in-store.
