Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

You will grow the TurboTax client base in your community, provide exceptional service, and work with fellow tax professionals to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes; weekend and on-site availability is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid return filing using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week, weekends included.
• Residency in the United States; related state licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full-service tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
• Provide tax advice and planning in clear, everyday language.
• Grow local client base through community engagement.
• Assist customers in-store with tax questions and software usage.
