Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building client relationships and expanding the local TurboTax presence.

The role emphasizes community engagement, delivering personalized tax solutions, and facilitating a positive customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates may be required.
• Minimum tax preparation experience is expected.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team knowledge.
• Offer in-person support and explain tax concepts in plain language.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement.
