• Experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist customers in-person using TurboTax products and deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base within local community and establish long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build trusted advisor relationships.
