Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship stores as on-site Business Tax Experts. You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, advise clients, and grow a local TurboTax client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

You’ll work with a team, handle both consumer and business tax scenarios, and collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to ensure seamless service. This is a frontline retail tax role with community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal/state business tax returns for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with 30 returns per year.
• Bookkeeping knowledge or willingness to upskill to QuickBooks.
• Experience with tax software and retail tax operations.
• State licenses/certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop client relationships and deliver tax planning guidance.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists to support services.
• Deliver personalized guidance across Intuit ecosystem and services.
