Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advisory services, and software support, helping customers navigate tax needs while growing the local client base.

You will engage with the community, deliver personalized tax solutions, and leverage marketing support to build long-term relationships. This is a front-facing retail role with a strong focus on customer success.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally, engaging with new prospects and building client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions optimization.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via digital tools.
