Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and help clients maximize refunds while building lasting relationships within the community.

The role requires on-site availability, tax expertise, and a proactive, customer-focused approach in a front-facing retail environment. 20+ hours per week with potential for growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have an active PTIN and related state licenses/certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
