Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as dedicated year-round Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to in-person customers, leveraging your tax expertise and TurboTax resources. The role emphasizes building local relationships, driving client loyalty, and contributing to community outreach, with a schedule requiring 20+ hours per week on site.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Must maintain PTIN and related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and act as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base by attracting new clients and fostering long-term relationships.
• Assist with local marketing and community outreach to expand TurboTax presence.
