Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building long-term relationships in your community.

Role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence; you will engage communities, drive client growth, and leverage marketing support. Competitive benefits and a strong pay-for-performance approach are included.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Willingness to build a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert per Intuit policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

• Address client inquiries while helping them overcome tax-related challenges.
