Intuit Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes and supporting Intuit’s mission. This is an on-site role serving in-person customers, with responsibilities in tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships in-person and via marketing support.
