Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail or Flagship Store Business Tax Experts to work on-site with consumers and small business clients, providing tax preparation, planning, and personalized guidance.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Introduce clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and other Intuit services as appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships through tax engagements and ongoing guidance.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Lead with local community outreach and grow the client base for TurboTax.
