Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, act as the primary client relationship owner, and guide clients with tax strategy alongside support from bookkeeping and payroll specialists. You will grow the local TurboTax business, leverage marketing support, and represent TurboTax as a community ambassador while delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 returns per tax year; retail or practice setting.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willing to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• ExperiencePreparing Business Tax returns for small businesses; tax advisory as needed.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax store, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.
• Willing to engage in local community marketing and client development.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, owning client relationships and delivering tax strategy and preparation services.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll support as needed to deliver coordinated services.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s financial picture and offer proactive guidance.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through prospecting, referrals, and community presence.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via Intuit tools.
