Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax preparation, advise on tax matters, and provide software/product support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will build a local client base, engage with the community, and grow TurboTax’s presence while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment. Uniforms and on-site duties apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location 20+ hrs weekly.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts to make taxes approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Use government sites, professional tools, and team know-how for accurate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools; address inquiries.
