Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in a friendly, in-person setting.

The role emphasizes community outreach, building relationships, and growing the local TurboTax client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Eligible for relevant state licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation using professional software.
• On-site, front-facing retail role, 20+ hours per week.

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
