Intuit, Inc. in the United States seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, providing tax preparation, advice, and software support.

You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and work with TurboTax marketing resources to build relationships and drive loyalty. This role is non-exempt and on-site with flexible hours, requiring a strong tax background and customer focus.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base and establish long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with inquiries.
• Interact in-person and via Intuit video tools to support clients.
