Job summary

Intuit’s TurboTax Retail team is hiring on-site Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support in a friendly, community-focused setting.

As a trusted local advisor, you’ll build relationships, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while representing TurboTax in the community. This role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive ambassador in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts and grow the client base.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
