Intuit, Inc. seeks enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support.

You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and participate in local marketing efforts to demystify taxes for communities. The role requires on-site presence in the United States, a focus on customer service, and the ability to manage simple to complex tax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Experience with tax preparation software and tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and foster long-term client relationships.
