Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist in-person customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support in a collaborative, on-site environment.

You will engage with the local community, build a growing client base, and help clients feel supported and confident during tax season while adhering to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related regulations.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds while offering future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver an exceptional in-person customer experience and support community outreach to grow TurboTax’s local presence.
