Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers with in-person tax return preparation and tax advice at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will engage with the community, drive client relationships, and provide high-quality service while leveraging TurboTax tools and resources. This onsite role requires a valid tax license and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States and able to work onsite.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours per week; hours may vary.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Leverage resources to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
