Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, serving in-person customers with tax expertise and software support.

You will be responsible for delivering full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and client growth in your local community, while building long-term relationships and promoting TurboTax offerings. This role requires local presence and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN required; willingness to obtain state licenses or bonds.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location; Sunday–Saturday; at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future tax years.
