Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, bringing tax expertise and community engagement to help customers.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and product support, build relationships in the local market, and grow TurboTax’s client base with marketing support and tools.

This non-exempt, onsite role offers flexible hours with at least 20 hours weekly as demand fluctuates.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies.
• Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador in the local TurboTax community.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with customers both in-person and using Intuit’s video tools.
