Intuit is seeking year‑round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in‑person customers, leveraging your tax knowledge and customer‑facing skills.

You will build the local client base, engage with the community, and collaborate with marketing. The role requires on-site availability, 20+ hours/week, and compliance with state licenses.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Hours may scale up during peak demand.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content for your community per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Utilize resources such as government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized everyday language.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
• Connect with people to build long-term trust that turns a one-time transaction into a loyal, multi-year relationship.
• Interact with customers both in-person and through Intuit’s video communication tools.
• Address client inquiries while helping them overcome tax-related challenges.
