Job summary

Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and building lasting customer relationships within the community.

The role is non-exempt, requires onsite presence, and offers marketing support, benefits, and opportunities to expand your TurboTax business locally and online.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and in marketing outreach.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
