Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role involves on-site work with in-person customers, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to help clients navigate their tax needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite retail location work readiness, weekends included.
• Experience with tax software and deductions optimization.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and grow client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Assist in local marketing efforts and outreach.
