Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to perform in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will build relationships in your community, attract new clients, and deliver personalized tax solutions using our software and resources. This is an on-site, non-exempt role with a focus on customer service and local outreach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Ability to obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, weekends included.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and grow local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
