Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers with tax preparation and expert guidance at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will build community relationships, deliver tax expertise, and provide an exceptional customer experience while supporting neighborhood growth. The role requires hands-on tax prep, strong communication, and at least 3 years of filing experience, with PTIN and applicable state licenses.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Knowledge of Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and growing the local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships.
