Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to empower customers and support local communities.

The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, driving growth, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Previous tax credentials and PTIN are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
PTIN is required to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns (federal/state) filed with professional software.
Circular 230 familiarity and onsite work at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

Proactively represent TurboTax locally, serving as a visible community ambassador.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers onsite.
Identify deductions, plan taxes, and deliver personalized tax guidance.
Develop relationships to grow client base and drive loyalty.
Interact with clients in-person and via TurboTax marketing initiatives.
