Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist on-site at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building a local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

You must hold active EA/CPA/attorney license, be eligible for PTIN, and be willing to work 20 hours/week on site, including Sundays. Uniforms are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local community presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face and engage with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts to grow the client base and build relationships.
