Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll combine tax expertise with concierge service, preparing basic to complex returns and offering software support in a community-focused setting.

You’ll grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while working on-site. The role is non-exempt and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney license required.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including deductions and planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships through in-person interactions and local marketing efforts.
