Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and support customers in-person using TurboTax products.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow your local client base, engage the community, and provide personalized tax planning while leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools. This role requires onsite presence and a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing and outreach to grow the client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
