Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers in-person to simplify taxes and grow your local client base. As a trusted advisor, you will combine tax knowledge with community outreach to build lasting relationships, supported by marketing and TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Utilize resources to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Represent TurboTax locally and build long-term client relationships with proactive outreach.
• Lead local marketing efforts to grow the client base.
