Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, serving in-person customers with tax expertise and community engagement.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice, build long-term relationships, and grow the local client base with marketing support and TurboTax tools. This is a non-exempt, onsite role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and engage with the local community.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax’s client base within the local community through outreach and marketing collaboration.
