Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while acting as a trusted advisor in the local community. You will engage prospects, grow the client base, and deliver a high-quality customer experience through clear explanations and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location; 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.
• Interest in building local community presence and content.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as the public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and referrals.
