Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week, including weekends.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and as a public face.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
